Yesterday, President Clinton made this bold bipartisan statement:
“Obviously, I favor Senator Obama’s energy positions, and Democrats have been by and large the more forward-leaning actors,” Mr. Clinton said. “But John McCain has the best record of any Republican running for president on the energy issue and on climate change.”
As John McCain is the only Republican running for President, doesn’t that by default make him have the best record on the energy issue and on climate change? McCain has the best policy in every area of any Republican running for President. He also has the worst policy in every area among that group.
